Audit of Companys Internal Environment

HOW TO CONDUCT AN EMPLOYEE OPINION SURVEY

The principles of employee opinion survey are: anonymity, voluntarily participation, opportunity to express opinions, and confidentiality.

  • Establish goals, specify parameters, and identify target groups.
  • Audit the documents regulating the personnels work.
  • Develop and test questionnaires.
  • Conduct questioning at the workplace in written form/on the portal in the presence of our adviser. 15-25 minutes per employee.
  • Process questioning data. Identify problem zones and create an employee list for an in-depth interview (if necessary).
  • Interview 10% of the employees who completed the questionnaires. 30-60 minutes per employee.

PRESENTATION OF RESULTS

Based on the results of the audit we prepare an analytical report containing:

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the companys situation
  • Analysis of the existing documents regulating personnels work, and
  • Conclusions and recommendations

The analytical report data are presented visually in the form of tables, graphs and charts. We highlight the most important things and describe using a living language. We can prepare separate presentations: a summary for the top management, a complete version for the HR-department, and a special version for the employees.
